Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Gold Rum
  • 1 oz. Light Rum
  • 1 oz. 151-proof Dark Rum
  • 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
  • 1 cup of ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in the gold rum, light rum, dark rum, pineapple juice, lemon juice, lime juice, passion fruit syrup, simple syrup, and bitters.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously until well mixed and chilled.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a tall glass.
  5. Carefully pour the 151-proof dark rum on top of the drink to create a float.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig.
