Ingredients
- 5 oz Rosé Wine
- 1 cup Watermelon Cubes, seedless
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Water
Instructions
- Pour the rosé wine into ice cube trays and freeze until firm, for at least 6 hours to achieve a slightly icy consistency.
- Cube the watermelon and freeze on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan until firm, for at least 4 hours.
- Once frozen, transfer the wine and watermelon cubes to a plastic bag and freeze for up to a month.
- Prepare the simple syrup by combining the sugar and water, heating them until the sugar dissolves.
- When ready to serve, blend the frozen wine and watermelon until smooth. Allow them to defrost at room temperature for a few minutes if necessary.
- Gradually add the simple syrup, tasting as you go, to achieve the desired level of sweetness.
