Ingredients
- 1/6 box (0.33 oz) flan dessert mix
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 2 1/3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons rum (or to taste)
Instructions
- In a medium pot over medium heat, combine the flan mixture and milk. Stir constantly and cook for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes, then transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and chill for 2 hours until it sets completely.
- In a blender, combine the curdled flan, condensed milk, and rum. Blend until well incorporated.
- Using a funnel, transfer the eggnog to a glass bottle, cover, and refrigerate.
