Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots
  • 1/4 tsp mixed spice
  • 2 tbsp brandy
  • 1/4 vanilla pod, seeds only
  • 1 1/4 cups sweetened almond milk
  • ice
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, soak the dates, cashews, apricots, and mixed spice in the brandy overnight.
  2. The next day, transfer the mixture to a blender and add the vanilla pod seeds and almond milk.
  3. Blend until smooth, then pour into a glass over ice.
