Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dairy-free condensed milk
- 1/2 cup whiskey (Jameson's Whiskey is recommended)
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
- 1/2 cup dairy-free cream or alternative (optional for a creamier version)
- 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce or 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee (mixed with a little water to make a paste)
Instructions
- In a cup or small jug, mix the chocolate sauce (or cocoa powder), vanilla extract, and instant coffee until the coffee has dissolved.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender, then add the dairy-free condensed milk, dairy-free milk, and dairy-free cream if using.
- Blend the ingredients, ensuring the condensed milk has cooled if made from scratch.
- Pour in the measured amount of whiskey (adjust to taste) and blend briefly. Avoid over blending to prevent the mixture from becoming frothy.
- Pour the liqueur into a 1-liter container and chill in the fridge.
- To serve, shake the bottle well and pour over ice or add to hot chocolate for an extra touch of luxury.
