Ingredients
- 1 pitted date
- 1 tbsp cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp dried apricots
- a pinch of mixed spice
- 2 tbsp brandy
- 1/2 vanilla pod, seeds only
- 1 cup sweetened almond milk
- ice
- nutmeg, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, soak the date, cashews, apricots, and mixed spice in the brandy overnight.
- The following day, transfer the soaked mixture into a blender and add the vanilla seeds and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Grate some nutmeg on top and enjoy.
