Ingredients

  • 1 oz light rum (e.g. Bacardi)
  • 1 oz dark rum (e.g. Mount Gay Rum)
  • 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup
  • 1/2 oz Gran Gala orange liqueur
  • 2-3 oz pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine light rum, dark rum, Orgeat syrup, and Gran Gala orange liqueur.
  2. Shake well until chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture over fresh crushed ice in a glass.
  4. Add pineapple juice and stir.
