Ingredients
- 1 oz Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum
- 5.30 oz fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 0.50 oz simple syrup
- ice
- 1 oz Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 0.50 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
- To garnish: a wedge of pineapple
Instructions
- Add a handful of ice to the blender along with all the Daiquiri ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a hurricane glass and place it in the freezer.
- Rinse and dry the blender jug.
- Add all the Piña Colada ingredients to the blender with another good handful of ice and blend until smooth.
- Take the glass from the freezer and gently top it up with the Piña Colada mixture.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and enjoy the tropical sunset delight!
