Ingredients

  • 1 oz Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum
  • 5.30 oz fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 0.50 oz simple syrup
  • ice
  • 1 oz Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 0.50 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • To garnish: a wedge of pineapple

Instructions

  1. Add a handful of ice to the blender along with all the Daiquiri ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a hurricane glass and place it in the freezer.
  3. Rinse and dry the blender jug.
  4. Add all the Piña Colada ingredients to the blender with another good handful of ice and blend until smooth.
  5. Take the glass from the freezer and gently top it up with the Piña Colada mixture.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and enjoy the tropical sunset delight!
