Ingredients
- 1.50 fl oz evaporated milk
- 1 large egg yolk, beaten
- 1.50 fl oz cream of coconut
- 1.50 fl oz sweetened condensed milk
- 0.50 fl oz white rum
- 0.50 fl oz water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.50 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- In a double boiler, combine evaporated milk and beaten egg yolk. Cook over simmering water until thickened and reaching 160°F.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender and add cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, rum, water, vanilla, cinnamon, and cloves. Blend for about 30 seconds until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a sterilized glass bottle and store in the refrigerator. Serve cold or over ice as desired.
