Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Campari
  • 1 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Garnish: lime slices and/or pineapple slice & leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except garnish in a cocktail shaker with a small handful of ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Pour over ice and garnish with a pineapple slice, leaves, and/or lime.
