- 0.75 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 0.25 cup cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
- 0.50 oz lime juice
- 0.50 cup ice cubes
- Maraschino cherries and pineapple wedges (for garnish, optional)
- Whipped cream (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, cream of coconut, and lime juice.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until the mixture is thick and creamy.
- If the consistency is too thick, add a splash of water and blend again. If it's not thick enough, add more ice cubes and blend again.
