Ingredients

  • 0.75 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 0.25 cup cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
  • 0.50 oz lime juice
  • 0.50 cup ice cubes
  • Maraschino cherries and pineapple wedges (for garnish, optional)
  • Whipped cream (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, cream of coconut, and lime juice.
  2. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until the mixture is thick and creamy.
  4. If the consistency is too thick, add a splash of water and blend again. If it's not thick enough, add more ice cubes and blend again.
  5. Pour the Piña Colada into a glass, and garnish with maraschino cherries, pineapple wedges, and whipped cream if desired.
