Ingredients

  • 3-4 fresh strawberries
  • 1.50 oz tequila
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Cub soda
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spicy sugar rim for the cocktail glass by mixing sugar and cayenne pepper on a plate.
  2. Moisten the rim of the cocktail glass with a lime wedge and dip it into the sugar mixture.
  3. Thoroughly wash the strawberries and remove the green tops.
  4. In a shaker, muddle the strawberries.
  5. Add tequila, simple syrup, lime juice, and lemon juice to the shaker.
  6. Fill the shaker halfway with ice, cover, and shake vigorously.
  7. Strain the mixture into a glass with ice or serve it straight up.
  8. Top off the cocktail with soda and garnish with a slice of lime.
