Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain thick yogurt
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin (crushed coarsely)
- 3 large mint leaves
- 2-3 sprigs of cilantro leaves
- Pinch of salt and sugar to taste
- 1/2-inch fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 green chili, slit in half and seeds removed

- In a blender, combine the yogurt, water, roasted cumin, mint leaves, cilantro leaves, ginger, salt, and sugar.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Strain the mixture for a smoother texture if desired.
- Add the green chili to the jar to infuse the spiced yogurt drink.
