Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 oz blackberry shrub
  • 5 oz sparkling water or club soda, chilled

Instructions

  2. Stir in vinegar and cover. Let the mixture steep in the fridge for 3 to 5 days for desired flavor.
  3. Strain out solids and store the syrup in a jar in the fridge. It keeps for a month.
