Ingredients

- 1 oz London dry gin (Tanqueray 10 preferred)
- 1/2 oz olive oil-washed blanco tequila (Tapatio preferred)
- 3 oz soda water
Instructions
- In a mixing tin, combine lime juice, snap pea shrub, London dry gin, and olive oil-washed blanco tequila.
- Shake the mixture with ice.
- Strain the cocktail into a Collins glass over ice.
