Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Tajín Clásico Seasoning
- 1 lime wedge
- 2 ounces mezcal
- 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
Instructions
- Spread Tajín seasoning into an even layer on a small saucer.
- Cut a 1/4-inch-deep notch crosswise in the lime wedge.
- Place the lime wedge on the rim of a chilled old-fashioned glass and slide it around the outer edge to moisten the rim.
- Roll the moistened rim in the seasoning mix to coat and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine mezcal, pineapple juice, lime juice, and Cointreau, then fill with ice.
- Shake the mixture until fully combined and well-chilled, about 15 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass, half-filled with ice or with 1 large ice cube.
- Serve and enjoy!
