Ingredients

  • 3 slices muddled ginger
  • 1/2 oz ginger simple syrup
  • 1 oz rye whiskey
  • 1 oz aperitivo (Bordiga or Aperol)
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz egg white
