Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Beefeater 24 gin
  • 2 teaspoons maraschino liqueur
  • 1 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Chilled club soda, to top
  • Grapefruit wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine the Beefeater 24 gin, maraschino liqueur, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  2. Shake the mixture until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top the cocktail with chilled club soda.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
