Ingredients

  • Salt, for rimming the glass
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 3/8 cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 6 oz ginger beer
  • 1 oz maraschino liqueur
  • Grapefruit slice, for garnish
  • Cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle salt on a small plate, then run a slice of grapefruit around the rim of a highball glass and dip the rim into the salt to coat.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
