Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce Green Chartreuse
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2 - 3 dashes celery bitters (Scrappy's Bitters)
- 2 leaves fresh sage
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle the sage leaves and one sprig of rosemary.
- Add the gin, fresh lemon juice, Green Chartreuse, simple syrup, and celery bitters to the shaker.
- Shake the mixture with ice until well chilled.
- Double strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with the remaining sprig of rosemary.
