Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce Green Chartreuse
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 - 3 dashes celery bitters (Scrappy's Bitters)
  • 2 leaves fresh sage
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the sage leaves and one sprig of rosemary.
  2. Add the gin, fresh lemon juice, Green Chartreuse, simple syrup, and celery bitters to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture with ice until well chilled.
  4. Double strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with the remaining sprig of rosemary.
