Ingredients
- 1/2 oz rosemary simple syrup
- 2 oz freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice
- About 4 oz prosecco
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 rosemary sprig
Instructions
- To create the rosemary syrup, combine sugar, water, and rosemary in a small saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Once dissolved, remove from heat, cover, and allow to cool before straining into a container.
- Store the syrup in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- In a glass, add 1/2 oz of rosemary syrup and 2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.
- Top with prosecco and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
