Raspberry Fizz Punch
A delightful and refreshing punch featuring the sweetness of raspberries, the crispness of Weißbier, and the effervescence of champagne or sparkling wine.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar (add more if desired)
- Raspberry Schnapps, to taste
- 2 tbsp Raspberry Syrup
- 1/2 bottle Hefeweizen beer (Erdinger Weißbier or similar)
- 1/4 bottle cold Champagne or Sparkling Wine
- Ice cubes
- Optional: Fresh Raspberries and Mint Leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, thaw the frozen raspberries slightly and mix them with the powdered sugar.
- Pour in the desired amount of raspberry schnapps and raspberry syrup over the raspberries.
- Let the mixture sit for about 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, pour in the Weißbier and champagne or sparkling wine.
- Add ice cubes and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves if desired.
