Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 oz amaretto
  • 1 oz RumChata
  • 1/2 oz whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon raspberry syrup
  • 1 raspberry (for garnish, optional)
  • 1 sprig mint (for garnish, optional)
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  2. Add amaretto, RumChata, milk, and raspberry syrup to the shaker.
  3. Close the lid and shake for about 20 seconds until chilled.
  4. Strain and pour the mixture into a 2 1/2-ounce shot glass.
  5. Skewer a fresh raspberry with a cocktail pick and place it across the rim of the shot glass.
  6. Add a sprig of mint on top of the glass.
  7. Using a strainer or confectioners' sugar shaker, dust the top of the shot with powdered sugar.
