Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz rum
  • 1/4 oz passion fruit syrup
  • 1/4 oz vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 oz Bonanto aperitif
  • 1 oz lime juice

  2. Shake vigorously until well-chilled and diluted.
  3. Strain the mixture into a frozen coupette glass.
  4. In a separate shot glass, add a bar spoon of passion fruit caviar and top it with Prosecco.
