Ingredients

  • 2.50 oz Sobrii 0 Gin
  • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 oz Passionfruit Juice
  • 2/3 oz KVAS Ginger Wildflower Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 oz Grapefruit Soda (Grapefruit Ting used here)
  • 2 sprigs Mint (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a pilsner glass with crushed ice.
  2. In a shaker, combine Sobrii 0 Gin, grapefruit juice, passionfruit juice, ginger syrup, and Angostura Bitters.
  3. Add a handful of ice to the shaker and shake briefly.
  4. Strain the mixture over the crushed ice in the pilsner glass.
  5. Top with grapefruit soda.
  6. Garnish with mint sprigs.
