Ingredients

  • 1/4 large orange, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 1 oz gin
  • 0.50 oz Cinzano Extra Dry vermouth
  • 0.50 oz sweet red vermouth
  • Ice cubes
  • Freshly squeezed orange juice, strained, chilled, to serve

Instructions

  1. Place the orange pieces in a serving glass and crush them using a pestle.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, dry vermouth, sweet red vermouth, and ice. Shake well.
  3. Pour the gin mixture over the crushed orange in the serving glass.
  4. Top with freshly squeezed and strained orange juice.
  5. Stir to combine and serve.
