  • 2 oz Amaretto (Disaronno)
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 large Egg White
  • 1 Cocktail Cherry or Lemon Slice (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the Amaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a small cocktail shaker without ice.
  2. Dry shake the ingredients for 5-7 seconds.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and wet shake for another 5-7 seconds.
