Ingredients

  • 1 oz Marshmallow Vodka
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup (or liqueur)
  • 1 oz Irish Cream
  • 2 oz half & half (1 oz in the shaker and 1 oz to pour over top of the finished drink)

Instructions

  1. Pour the chocolate syrup into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the marshmallow vodka and Irish cream.
  3. Pour in 1 oz of half and half.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  5. Dip a martini glass in cream (or chocolate syrup) and crushed graham crackers.
  6. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  7. Top with the remaining 1 oz of half and half.
