Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila blanco
  • 2 oz triple sec
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice (from freshly squeezed key limes)
  • 1/4 oz agave syrup
  • 1 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers (1-2 graham crackers)

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers in a zip loc bag or using a food processor. Place the crushed graham crackers on a plate for rimming the glass.
  2. Use a key lime to rim the Margarita glass and coat the rim with the crushed graham crackers.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the Margarita glass.
  4. In a cocktail shaker or large measuring cup, combine the tequila blanco, freshly squeezed key lime juice, triple sec, agave syrup, and sweetened condensed milk. Shake well for about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour the Key Lime Pie Margarita Mixture into the Margarita glass over the ice cubes.
  6. Serve cold and enjoy!
