Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1/4 cup evaporated coconut milk
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz rum
  • 1/8 cup key lime juice
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut
  • 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
  • Lime slices

Instructions

  1. Prepare simple syrup and refrigerate until chilled.
  2. Place martini glass in the freezer for at least 20 minutes to chill.
  3. Fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  4. Add evaporated coconut milk, vodka, rum, key lime juice, and simple syrup to the ice in the shaker. Shake well.
  5. Pour into the chilled martini glass and garnish with lime slices, graham cracker crumbs, and toasted coconut.
