- 1/2 tbsp Butter (salted)
- 2 tbsp Keto Brown Sugar Replacement
- 13.50 fl oz Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 oz Rum (optional)
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the heavy whipping cream, butter, and keto brown sugar replacement. Whisk the ingredients together and cook until fully incorporated, around 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the sweetened condensed milk replacement, coconut milk, rum (if using), ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
- Blend the mixture until fully combined, approximately 1 minute.
- Pour the mixture into a pitcher and chill for at least 4 hours.
