Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick
  • 1-1.50 ounces rum
  • ice
  • ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cream of coconut, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and add the cinnamon stick. Refrigerate until chilled, allowing the flavors to meld together.
