Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz Baileys Irish cream
  • 2 oz milk
  • 1/2 oz gingerbread syrup
  • Ice
  • Crushed gingerbread cookies to rim the glass

Instructions

  1. Moisten the rim of a martini glass with a small amount of simple syrup. Then dip the rim into a plate of crushed gingerbread cookies to coat it.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, mix the vodka, Irish cream, milk, and gingerbread syrup.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
