Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup 2% milk
  • 1/8 cup whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Cognac
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine 2% milk, whipping cream, condensed milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  4. Prior to serving, add Cognac to the mixture in the blender and blend again to create a frothy texture.
  5. Pour a 1/2 cup serving into a glass.
  6. Spoon froth on top of the drink.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg on top of each glass.
  8. Best served chilled.
