Ingredients
- 3/8 cup 2% milk
- 1/8 cup whipping cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Cognac
- a pinch of ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine 2% milk, whipping cream, condensed milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Prior to serving, add Cognac to the mixture in the blender and blend again to create a frothy texture.
- Pour a 1/2 cup serving into a glass.
- Spoon froth on top of the drink.
- Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg on top of each glass.
