  • Honey
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 1/4 oz white rum
  • 3/4 oz blue curaçao
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp cream of coconut (like Coco Lopez)

Instructions

  1. Drizzle honey on a small plate and spread shredded coconut on another plate.
  2. Shake rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut in a shaker with ice.
  3. Dip the rim of a martini glass into the honey and then into the shredded coconut.
  4. Strain the drink mix into the garnished martini glass.
