Ingredients

  • 1/6 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 2 tsp Blue Curacao
  • 1/3 cup Lemonade
  • Sugar
  • 1 tbsp sweetened coconut flakes for rimming
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of the glass in honey, then in the shredded coconut. Set aside to dry.
  2. Divide the blue Curacao between the glasses.
  3. Pour lemonade into each glass until they are around halfway full.
  4. Top with champagne and serve immediately.
