Ingredients

  • 1 (3.93 oz) package Pink Starburst Gelatin
  • 1 (6 oz) package Cherry Jello
  • 1 1/4 cups boiling water, divided
  • 1/2 cup cold water, divided
  • 1/2 cup vodka, chilled
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream
  • Valentine's Day sprinkles, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the pink starburst gelatin with 3/4 cup of boiling water until fully dissolved.
  2. Stir in 1/4 cup vodka and 1/4 cup cold water. Let it cool for 15 minutes, then pour into shot glasses, filling them about one-third of the way. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cherry jello with 1 1/4 cups of boiling water until fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup vodka and 1/2 cup cold water. Let it cool for 30 minutes, then pour over the set pink layer. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 more hours to fully set.
  5. Before serving, top with a dollop of whipped cream and Valentine's Day sprinkles.
