Ingredients

  • 3/4 tsp sugar (or simple syrup)
  • 3 fresh mint sprigs
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • ice
  • 2 oz vodka
  • splash of cranberry juice
  • champagne or sparkling wine
  • fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3/4 teaspoon sugar, 3 mint sprigs, and 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice.
