Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2-3 cloves
- 1 star anise
- 1 oz espresso
- 1 1/2 oz pisco or grappa
Instructions
- In a small pot, combine milk, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and star anise.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves, around 10 minutes.
- Add the espresso and continue heating for 1 more minute.
- Remove from heat, stir in the pisco or grappa, and transfer to a jar.
- Chill the mixture before serving.
