Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz. Anejo Tequila
  • 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Dragon fruit Syrup
  • 3 1/2 oz. Ginger Beer
  • 2 dashes Lime & Sea Salt Bitters (or a dash of Saline Solution)
  • Lime Wheel or Lime Ribbon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a Hybrid Cocktail Glass with crushed ice.
  2. Pour the Anejo Tequila, lime juice, and dragon fruit syrup over the ice.
  3. Stir the mixture well.
