Coconut Cinnamon Bliss
A traditional Puerto Rican coquito, the Coconut Cinnamon Bliss is a rich, creamy coconut drink perfect for sharing with friends and family during the festive season.
Ingredients
- 0.50 cup white rum
- 15 oz coconut cream
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 13.50 oz coconut milk
- 0.50 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.50 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is well combined.
- Pour the coconut mixture into glass bottles and cover them.
- Transfer the bottles to the refrigerator and chill until cold.
- To serve, stir or shake the bottle well to combine, then pour the coquito into small serving glasses.
- Optionally, garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks.
