Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup white rum
  • 15 oz coconut cream
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 13.50 oz coconut milk
  • 0.50 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.50 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Pour the coconut mixture into glass bottles and cover them.
  4. Transfer the bottles to the refrigerator and chill until cold.
  5. To serve, stir or shake the bottle well to combine, then pour the coquito into small serving glasses.
  6. Optionally, garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks.
