A delightful mix of bourbon, dry curaçao, and clementine juice, with warm spices and a touch of amaretto, perfect for adding a festive flair to your holiday celebrations.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 1/2 ounce Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
- 1/4 ounce spiced brown sugar syrup
- Juice of 1 clementine (about 1 ounce)
- 1 egg white (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Luxardo Amaretto
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice and add the bourbon, curaçao, brown sugar syrup, and clementine juice (and egg white, if using). Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Swirl enough amaretto inside a chilled coupe glass to coat the inside.
- Strain the shaken drink into the coupe glass.
- Top with the dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Garnish with a ribbon of clementine peel.
