Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz white rum
  • 1 (15 oz) can coconut cream
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (13.5 oz) can coconut milk
  • 0.50 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.50 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Blend on high until mixture is well combined.
  3. Pour the coconut mixture into glass bottles and cover them.
  4. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill until cold.
  5. To serve, stir or shake the bottle well to combine.
  6. Pour the Coquito into small serving glasses and garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks, if desired.
