Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Pisco
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Blood Orange Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the pisco, simple syrup, lemon juice, blood orange juice, and egg white.
  2. Shake the mixture vigorously without ice for 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 30 seconds to chill and dilute the cocktail.
  4. Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass.
  5. Garnish with a wedge of blood orange.
