Ingredients

  • 2.50 oz Dareringer bourbon
  • 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 Fresh rosemary sprig
  • Ice
  • 1 1/4 tbsp filtered spring water
  • 4 oz pure pomegranate juice
  • 1 3/4 tbsp white granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the pomegranate juice, Dareringer bourbon, and 2 oz of the blackberry simple syrup.
  2. Gently shake the mixture.
  3. Fill a rocks glass 3/4 of the way with ice.
  4. Pour the cocktail into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
  6. Use a lighter to flame the rosemary sprig until it smokes.
  7. Enjoy the evening with your special someone.
