Ingredients

  • 1 oz Rye Whiskey
  • 1 oz Amontillado Sherry
  • 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Combine the rye whiskey, sherry, pineapple juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a collins glass filled with ice.
