  • 1 oz berry syrup
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice

  1. Prepare the berry syrup by blending water, sugar, and mixed berries. Strain the mixture and refrigerate.
  2. Chill a large coupe glass.
  3. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, lemon juice, 1 ounce of berry syrup, heavy cream, and egg white.
