- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 2 oz. apple cider
- 3 oz. ginger beer
- 1 1/2 oz. vodka
- 1/2 oz. lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 oz. cinnamon simple syrup
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar, bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
- Add cinnamon sticks, cover, and let the syrup infuse for 30 minutes to three hours.
- Strain the infused syrup and refrigerate until ready to use.
- In a glass, mix apple cider, ginger beer, vodka, lime juice, and cinnamon simple syrup.
