Ingredients

  • 2 oz Amaretto ((Disaronno))
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Egg White (equivalent to 1 egg white)
  • 1 Cocktail Cherry and/or Lemon Slice (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a small cocktail shaker without ice and dry shake for 5-7 seconds.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and wet shake for another 5-7 seconds.
  3. Double strain the mixture using a Hawthorne strainer and fine mesh strainer into a rocks glass with ice.
  4. Garnish with a brandied cherry or a lemon slice.
